Qualifications

• Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud AI stack and enterprise data architectures.
• Banking domain knowledge and risk/regulatory awareness.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; data engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/data architecture strategy for GenAI programs.
• Architect enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, and AI Agents.
• Design CDP integrations for unified customer intelligence and personalized AI experiences.
• Build scalable AI platforms using Google Cloud AI/ML services.
• Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, and governance.
• Ensure secure architectures compliant with regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver outcomes.
• Establish AI MLOps/LMLops, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Drive adoption through reusable patterns and best practices.
