Job summary

Infosys in the United States (New Jersey) seeks a Product Manager / Product Owner to lead GenAI initiatives for banking and financial services, collaborating with architects and SMEs to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions.

You will design, test, and validate GenAI workflows, build LangChain-based architectures, and implement RAG pipelines, focusing on advisor productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services (capital markets/banking) and familiar with front/ middle/ back office operations.
• Understanding of end-to-end value chain (wealth management, asset management, investment banking).
• Experience defining AI KPIs and building an AI adoption business case.
• Proficiency in Python-based AI/ML development.
• Understanding of LLMs and GenAI architectures.
• Prompt engineering and chaining techniques.
• Data processing and pipeline development experience.
• Knowledge of Graph RAG and LangChain / similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Claude / OpenAI / other LLM APIs for Graph RAG scenarios.
• Working knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Working knowledge of API integrations and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders in banking and financial services to identify problem statements and participate in or lead solution design.
• Serve as Product Manager / Product Owner, translating requirements for AI solutions.
• Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs to improve advisor productivity and drive efficiency.
• Build agent-based workflows using LangChain / Google ADK / similar tools.
• Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge-driven applications.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for reliable AI solutions.
• Perform testing and validation to align with business problems and optimize models and pipelines.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure program delivery.
