You will lead AI-enabled projects across advisor workflows, onboarding, and AML/KYC processes, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or banking is desirable.
• Ability to design AI-enabled solutions addressing business pain points.
• Experience with KPI definition and AI adoption business cases.
• Experience in Python-based AI/ML development.
• Understanding of LLMs, GenAI architectures, and data processing pipelines.
• Knowledge of LangChain or similar frameworks and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify problems and guide solution design.
• Act as Product Manager/Owner to develop business requirements and AI solutions.
• Design GenAI solutions using LLMs to improve advisor productivity and operations.
• Build agent-based workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Coordinate program delivery with business and tech teams.
