Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant for Banking and Capital Markets with GenAI/Agentic Systems expertise. The role focuses on designing and scaling GenAI-powered solutions for financial services, including AI-driven KYC, AML, advisory platforms, and client onboarding processes.

The candidate will work with business stakeholders to define requirements, act as a Product Manager, and build AI pipelines and agent-based workflows using LangChain and other frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years in management consulting or advisory/technology in Financial Services.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Location: Dallas, Charlotte, NJ/NY.

Responsibilities

• Identify problem statements with business stakeholders and lead solution design.
• Act as Product Manager / Product Owner and develop business requirements and AI solutions.
• Design GenAI solutions using LLMs to improve advisor productivity and operations.
• Build agent-based workflows using LangChain / ADK / similar.
• Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and knowledge-driven applications.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for program delivery.
