Job summary

The Intersect Group in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Digital Transformation Commercial AI & Agentic Lead to drive strategy, design, and delivery of AI capabilities for commercial and patient engagement initiatives.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, lead large-scale AI programs, and shape roadmaps to ensure measurable business value, scalability, and enterprise compliance. Hybrid onsite work with limited travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital technology, IT leadership or enterprise tech roles.
• Experience leading large-scale AI or digital transformation programs.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute GenAI and Agentic AI strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead design of agentic architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
• Manage AI transformation programs: scope, budget, timelines, governance.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Digital Technology leaders.
• Establish scalable architectures across CRM, data ecosystems, and AI tech.
• Drive adoption of AI-first operating models and internal capability building.
