Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in CS/CE/ML or related field
• 3+ years of building models for business applications
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Strong foundation in GenAI, large language models, ML, DL, optimization
• Experience deploying models in real-world production environments

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of GenAI and RL-based solutions for ad retrieval and relevance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and PMs to ship production-ready models.
• Stay current with GenAI/LLM trends and bring new concepts to the team.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a high-performing team.
