Mesa Power Solutions in Evansville, WY, is hiring an Assembly Technician Apprentice to assemble commercial and industrial generator sets. Under general supervision, you will build, install, and test components, interpret wiring diagrams, and support final assembly processes.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, less than 1 year of experience, and the ability to obtain crane and forklift certifications by probation. Fluency in English and safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of entry-level experience required.
• Crane and Forklift Certifications must be obtained by the end of the probationary period.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and prints.
• Must pass WorkSTEPS physical, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install components and prepare trailers for generator assembly.
• Install engine to alternator assemblies for trailers.
• Install coolant system and radiators.
• Assemble and install generator enclosures and related components.
• Read wiring schematics and ensure correct wiring for final assembly.
• Maintain records; follow safety policies and work instructions.
