Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician Apprentice to build and test generator components for commercial and industrial applications. Under supervision, you will learn to install engines, alternators, enclosures, and control units, while interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams.

As you gain proficiency, you will perform more complex tasks with guidance and ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards while working on domestic and international projects.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, thermal, and hydraulic principles.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and prints.
• Willingness to obtain Crane and Forklift certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install generator components and control units.
• Interpret wiring schematics and hydraulic diagrams for proper installation.
• Prepare trailers and containers for assembly of natural gas generators.
• Operate cranes and forklifts as required and maintain safety practices.
