• Experience working with at-risk students is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained or knowledgeable in MTSS and PBIS.
• Ability to communicate and relate to students in a non-threatening and friendly manner.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and help develop student self-discipline.

Compensation & Benefits

• New hires start at entry level rate of $16.39/hr
• Current bargaining unit employees refer to applicable salary schedule
