Job summary

Stfrancis seeks a dedicated role to support MTSS and PBIS initiatives in classrooms, helping students succeed across settings. You will work closely with teachers, monitor progress, and maintain a positive learning environment while managing data in student systems.

The position starts at an entry-level wage of $16.39 per hour. Strong interpersonal skills and reliability are essential, with training available in MTSS and PBIS as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse students.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and student populations.
• Experience with at-risk students is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained in MTSS and PBIS.
• Strong communication with students and staff.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and promote student self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers in MTSS to support student success.
• Teach, model, and support PBIS in all building situations.
• Work with students in skills room and with all students across settings.
• Input data into student data systems and manipulate spreadsheets.
• Establish a positive and structured learning environment with classroom teachers.
• Assist and support classroom teachers with instruction and monitoring student progress.
• Maintain patience and positive interpersonal skills with students.
• Walk hallways during class and passing times, reporting issues to office staff.
• Communicate daily with instructional staff regarding instruction and student issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by building administrator.
