Our Intelligent Foundations and Experiences team collaborates with engineers, researchers, PMs, and product teams to advance AI engineering and deliver transformative capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with large-scale AI systems and production workloads.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation models and inference.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, PyTorch.
• Invent and optimize foundation model performance, scalability, cost, latency.
• Contribute to long-term AI system roadmaps at Capital One.
• Design multi-model orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs, vector search, and domain models.
• Lead governance and cost-performance reviews for AI systems.
• Mentor senior AI engineers to raise technical maturity.
