Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to serve as the technical authority on model customization and inference. You will help customers across the AMERICAS unlock foundation models, custom training, and production-scale serving on AWS.

You’ll work with SageMaker AI, HyperPod, Bedrock, Trainium and Inferentia to design end-to-end ML architectures and drive scalable deployments that optimize latency, throughput, and cost.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data & analytics.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Delivery: architect solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services with emphasis on model customization and inference optimization.
• Technical Leadership: serve as SME on model customization and inference patterns across SageMaker AI and SageMaker HyperPod.
• Customer Adoption & Revenue Impact: accelerate adoption across AMERICAS, contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Thought Leadership & Evangelism: author blogs and reference architectures, present at events to establish AWS leadership.
• Voice of the Customer: capture feature requests and drive platform improvements.
• Community Building: develop an internal ML community across AMERICAS.
