Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Solutions Architect (ML SA) to act as the technical authority on model customization and inference.

You will design end-to-end ML architectures for data prep, distributed training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, and production deployment across SageMaker AI and HyperPod. You will lead customers from startups to enterprises, guide field SAs, and help drive adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS while shaping the SageMaker AI roadmap with

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software, cloud, or infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years designing or implementing applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Delivery: Architect solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services with emphasis on model customization and inference optimization.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as SME on model customization and inference patterns across SageMaker AI and HyperPod.
• Customer Adoption & Revenue Impact: Partner with specialists and sales teams to accelerate SageMaker AI adoption in the AMERICAS.
• Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Author technical blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and reusable artifacts; present at events.
• Voice of the Customer: Capture feature requests and drive platform improvements from customer needs.
• Community Building: Develop an internal ML expert community across the AMERICAS.
