Qualifications

• Experience with data science, machine learning, or Generative AI through coursework or projects.
• Proficiency in writing and testing object-oriented Python code with ML libraries.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch and implementing AI models.
• Familiarity with AI system design, measurement, testing, SQL, and data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication.
• Experience or exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed computing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of ML models and algorithms.
• Apply Generative AI techniques for model fine-tuning and data augmentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to ML infra.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in daily work.
