Job summary

Covetus seeks an AI/ML specialist to design and deploy advanced AI solutions onsite across Irving, Tampa, and Edison. You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to translate business needs into model specs, prepare data for training, and apply cutting-edge NLP, DL, and computer vision techniques.

Ideal candidates have strong Python expertise, experience with Gen AI LLMs, GANs, and cloud platforms, plus data wrangling and CI/CD exposure.

Qualifications

• Proficient Python with major ML libraries.
• Experience with opensource Gen AI LLMs (Llama, Dolly).
• Strong ML, NLP & DL understanding (supervised/unsupervised).
• Experience with GANs, text-to-image generation, text generation models.
• Data wrangling with SQL and feature engineering.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to translate needs into technical specs for AI models.
• Gather, clean, and prepare data for training and evaluating AI models, ensuring quality and ethics.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques, including NLP and computer vision, for specific needs.
• Evaluate architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance and address potential biases.
