Job summary

NorthernBase Technologies in Irving, TX seeks a Gen AI Engineer to build AI-enabled workflows and deploy AI models across environments, including Production. This onsite role requires 8-15 years of relevant background and offers a competitive salary.

You will work with Python-based API services (FastAPI/Flask), LangChain, and modern ML frameworks to deliver reliable Generative AI solutions. The position emphasizes code quality, documentation, and continuous learning in AI.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on Python knowledge.
• Hands-on experience developing API services in Python using FastAPI and/or Flask.
• Working experience in data processing and AI-enabled workflows using Python.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, and agentic AI.
• Basic knowledge of hybrid prompting techniques.
• Experience with Generative AI tooling such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and Llama Index.

This onsite role is based in Irving, TX and offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 130,000 per year. The position is geared toward experienced engineers with 8-15 years of relevant background.
