AllCloud is seeking a skilled Backend Developer Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy backend services powering our core products using Python and AWS. You will build scalable, event-driven architectures, integrate LLMs with AWS Bedrock, and work with Docker/Kubernetes in a modern cloud stack.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered features, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security across production systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in backend software engineering with at least 2 years hands-on AWS experience.
• Python proficiency for backend development.
• Hands-on AWS Step Functions and event-driven architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora/Postgres, S3.
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, high-availability systems.
• Experience with microservices and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience integrating LLMs with AWS Bedrock.
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming systems.
• Proficiency with AWS observability tools such as CloudWatch and X-Ray.
• Background in AI-driven workflows combining structured logic with LLM reasoning.
• Experience in production-grade systems in regulated industries.
