Batch: 2026,2027. About the role:

• This is a remote, work from home position for a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• The team focuses on Generative AI, backend engineering, large language models and retrieval-augmented generation for real-world AI products.

What you'll work on:

• Building and maintaining backend services using Python along with FastAPI or Flask.
• Developing features powered by large language models, including RAG pipelines and conversational AI.
• Working with embeddings, vector search and retrieval systems.
• Building AI agents and tool-based workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Working across AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, SQS and API Gateway.
• Integrating third-party platforms through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Writing tests, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues across AI and backend systems.
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ship features.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands‑on experience with Python and generative AI or LLM based development.
• Familiarity with RAG and vector search techniques.
• Comfort working with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
