Job summary

Gemological Institute of America in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an in-person instructor to lead assigned classes and seminars and guide student outcomes.

You will manage class setup, grading, student inquiries, and use the LMS and MS Office to support learning. A Graduate Gemologist diploma and at least 3 years of trade experience are required.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED and Graduate Gemologist diploma.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and teaching/training experience.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
