Job summary

PB Leiner is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift responsible for safe, efficient manufacturing of gelatin and related byproducts. You will supervise 15–20 union operators, uphold safety, quality, and cost standards, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams.

The role follows a 4 on 4 off schedule (12 hours) with additional 8-hour days 5:00pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday. Qualified candidates have 5–8 years of related experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with hands-on presence, set safety, quality, and operational expectations.
• Supervise 15–20 union production operators and drive accountability.
• Oversee 12-hour 4 on 4 off shift coverage and handoff to day shift.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure adherence to GMP and food safety.
