Job summary

You will work with the Program Director to schedule sessions, prepare TABE testing, and generate reports while supporting administrative tasks and occasional college-prep instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and facilitate in-person and online classes, across multiple subject areas, as scheduled with the Program Director.
• Schedule and maintain records of intake and testing appointments.
• Pre-screen requests for program services and make external referrals if appropriate.
• Enter participant information into Salesforce and other databases (e.g. Google Sheets, PTS and CWE outcomes for AELP).
• Organize and assist with TABE pre-testing and post-testing.
• Evaluate TABE results for outcomes and gains.
• Maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets to track student attendance for program compliance; make retention calls.
• Produce timely, accurate routine and high-quality reports.
• Maintain student files for contractual audits.
• Provide internal and external referrals to students.
• Assist staff with administrative duties and support other programming tasks.
• Occasionally teach work readiness and college preparation to students.
