Qualifications

• Minimum two years of industrial mechanical repair and field service experience.
• Experience with industrial gear drives, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, lubrication systems, or rotating equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer facilities to perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of industrial gearboxes and related mechanical equipment.
• Inspect, disassemble and reassemble gearboxes with alignment verification and performance testing.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Document service work, prepare reports and maintain accurate records of activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and use of PPE; participate in site safety orientations and lockout/tagout.
• Coordinate service activities with customers and internal teams.
