Job summary

Bonfiglioli USA, INC. is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator on the 3rd shift in Hebron, KY. Starting wage is $20/hour, plus a $3 shift premium, totaling $23/hour and about $47,840 annually. You will assemble CTL gearboxes and support daily production with a strong safety focus.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical skills, high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to lift up to 50 lb. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

• Above average mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school acceptable.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; bending and repetitive motion.
• Adherence to safety regulations and reliable attendance.
• Willing to overtime to support production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill general production requirements under direction of Lead Associate.
• Assemble products to Bonfiglioli quality standards.
• Follow policies per Bonfiglioli handbook and work instructions.
