Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Cincinnati East is seeking an experienced assembler in Waunakee, WI for a 2nd shift. You will assemble gearboxes, gear reducers, and drive components per work orders and test units for performance.

Responsibilities include quality inspections, rework for noises or leaks, and supporting the 5S and Kanban programs. Must read and write, perform basic math, and lift up to 50 lbs. Pay: $21–$23 per hour with a $2 shift premium.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous assembly experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble gearboxes, gear reducers, and drive components per work orders.
• Check work orders for accuracy.
• Visually inspect parts for quality.
• Test units for audible noises.
• Rework and correct any noise or leakage.
• Support 5S and Kanban programs.
