Job summary

Bonfiglioli USA, INC. in Hebron, KY is hiring an Assembly Machine Operator for the CTL production line. This entry-level role supports the daily assembly of CTL gearboxes with guidance from a Lead Associate, performing tasks with attention to safety and quality standards.

Starting wage is $25.00 per hour, with 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic aptitude for mechanical work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
• Experience with or on a semi-automatic, PLC controlled line preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill general production requirements with Safety, Quality and Production cycle time priorities.
• Assemble products to Bonfiglioli Standards of Quality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures per Bonfiglioli handbook.
