Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a part-time on-site technician to diagnose, repair, and assemble customer and store equipment such as bicycles, exercise machines, skis, snowboards, and more.

You will order repair parts, maintain records, assist with loading equipment, and follow safety guidelines. A valid driver's license and willingness to obtain DOT certification are required; mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Clean, valid driver's license required.
• Willing to obtain DOT certification and meet Scheels driving standards.
• Mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment.
• Order and follow up with vendors for repair parts.
• Safely fill CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.
• Assist with delivering and loading customer equipment and merchandise at the store and to customer residences.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be flexible to work assigned schedules between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 11 am and 6 pm on Sunday.
