Job summary

Aurora Energy Services seeks experienced Major Component Exchange (MCE) Technicians to deploy on GE wind turbine projects in the U.S. You will operate per GE procedures, support inspections, maintenance, and safety protocols, and travel on a rotational basis to site deployments.

Ideal candidates hold GE LOTO authorization, and GE-authorized status is preferred. The position requires ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, strong documentation, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• GE LOTO authorization required.
• GWO BST/BTT/ART certifications required.
• OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, CPR/AED, First Aid and GE safety requirements maintained.
• Wind industry mechanical/electrical service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy as part of Aurora's GE-qualified field workforce on GE wind turbine projects.
• Travel 100% on a rotational basis to GE wind projects across the U.S.
• Support turbine inspections, maintenance, and service activities per GE safety standards.
• Execute work per GE procedures, customer requirements, and Aurora safety expectations.
• Follow defined work instructions, maintenance schedules and task plans.
