Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a GCSS-Army Technical Instructor to serve as a subject-matter expert and trainer for Unit Supply, property accountability, inventories, and related processes. The role involves teaching the Unit Supply Manager Course, providing hands-on coaching, and supporting inspections and training records at Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield or other assigned sites.

• Proficiency in GCSS-Army Unit Supply or equivalent Army supply/property functions.
• Strong knowledge of CSDP, property accountability, inventories, shortages, and FLIPL.
• Familiarity with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA Pam 710-2-1.

Position Summary

The GCSS-Army Supply & Property Accountability Technical Instructor serves as a subject-matter expert and instructor for GCSS-Army Unit Supply, property accountability, inventories, hand receipts, Commander supply responsibilities, and Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach the GCSS-Army Unit Supply Manager Course.

• Teach or support Commander Supply training.

• Train personnel on unit-level GCSS-Army supply transactions and processes.

• Provide technical assistance with property accountability, inventories, hand receipts, sub-hand receipts, shortages, excess, and property responsibility.

• Support CSDP-related SAVs and Government-led inspection activities.

• Provide onsite assistance to unit supply rooms, leaders, and property-accountability personnel.

• Provide technical guidance related to FLIPL and property-loss processes.

• Assist users in identifying and correcting supply and accountability deficiencies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of Army supply, property accountability, or directly related logistics experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in GCSS-Army Unit Supply or equivalent Army supply/property functions.

• Strong knowledge of CSDP, property accountability, hand receipts, inventories, shortages, excess, FLIPL, and property responsibility.

• Working knowledge of AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA Pam 710-2-1, and role-appropriate supply procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to teach adult learners and provide hands-on technical coaching.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications used for reports, presentations, and training products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with property book, Commander Supply, supply-room operations, or supply support activities.

• CSDP, SAV, COMET, or inspection-support experience.

• Graduate of ABIC, FIFC, CTC, or equivalent DoD/TRADOC instructor training.

• Knowledge of DA Pam 710-2-2 and broader SSA/material-management processes.

• Cross-functional maintenance or readiness experience.

• Active Secret eligibility/clearance.

Active Secret eligibility/clearance is anticipated to be required for onsite personnel at contract start, subject to final Government requirements. The selected candidate must also be able to satisfy installation-access, background-investigation, CAC, and Government information-system access requirements applicable to the position.

Work will primarily be performed at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. Some SAV, inspection-support, or onsite-assistance requirements may occur outside normal core hours.
