Job summary

Huntington is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead a mixed onshore/offshore SRE team, focusing on GCP platforms and IaC practice. The role scopes reliability, security, automation, and continuous improvement across platforms.

You will collaborate with CDO teams, implement IaC pipelines, and drive disaster recovery, monitoring, and security improvements while guiding a culture of learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SRE experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing automated solutions using IaC - Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Plus: Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Chef, Ruby, JSON.
• Minimum 3 years managing onshore or offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage GCP’s SRE team, discipline, maintain service levels, manage cost.
• Lead SRE strategy, best practices, and knowledge base.
• Develop monitoring and alerting to increase observability and reduce toil.
• Collaborate with Incident, Cybersecurity, Application and SRE teams to troubleshoot and improve systems.
• Provide 24x7 GCP support and coordinate on-call rotations.
