Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in cloud engineering, site reliability, or DevOps with hands-on GCP.
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager).
• Hands-on with monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Hands-on with distributed systems troubleshooting and SRE principles.
• Hands-on with cloud security and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop GCP adoption strategies including migration planning and architecture design.
• Apply SRE principles to improve reliability, availability and scalability.
• Build and optimize cloud infrastructure with IaC tools.
• Design automated deployment pipelines and operational workflows.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and prevent outages.
• Monitor performance, identify cost and efficiency improvements, and optimize reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and controls.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; mentor team members.
