Job summary

Moderna’s CBL Compliance Intern program in Norwood, MA, runs full-time from January 18, 2027 to June 25, 2027. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a STEM field.
• Foundational laboratory, compliance quality skills applicable to analytical testing.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory compliance activities within the CBL in alignment with GCLP guidelines, applicable procedures, and quality requirements.
• Assist with review and organization of laboratory governance documents, SOPs, forms, worksheets, and compliance records to support document accuracy, traceability, and readiness for use.
• Support training compliance activities, including review and organization of training records and follow-up of documentation to help maintain complete and current records.
• Gaining exposure to Quality Event and issue management processes by assisting with documentation, tracking, data gathering, and follow-up activities under the guidance of the Compliance team.
• Support audit and inspection readiness activities, including document preparation, request tracking, record organization, and other logistical support for internal or external assessments.
• Assist with review of laboratory documentation for good documentation practices and ALCOA+ principles, including attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate, complete, consistent, enduring, and available records.
• Collaborate with laboratory scientists, study teams, Compliance, and other cross-functional partners to support day-to-day compliance activities and project deliverables.
• Contribute to special projects that strengthen laboratory quality systems and provide broad exposure to compliance within a regulated clinical laboratory environment.
