Responsibilities

We're currently seeking a seasoned Systems Administrator for our National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit. This role supports the SITE III JIOC contract, focusing on the orchestration, sustainment, and advancement of applications critical for Collection Management, ISR, and intelligence operations, ensuring seamless data collection, correlation, and dissemination for intelligence analysts and commanders.

• Provide system configuration, server administration, and sustainment of a GCCS-I3 v6.x or newer server enclave with approximately 30 virtual servers running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/8.
• Install OS software, patches, upgrades, and perform system backups and recovery.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system configuration, software, and networking issues.
• Configure, optimize, and monitor system hardware and software.
• Conduct server builds and document system anomalies to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph or ability to pass one.
• At least 3 years of experience in Linux or CentOS system administration.
• Experience with GCCS-I3 v6.x or newer server enclave, cyber security compliance, AWS Security Groups, and security tools like ACAS and STIG.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).

Desired Qualifications

• Red Hat System Administrator (RHSA) certification.
• VMWare Certified Professional (VCP).
• Experience with DISA's GCCS-J 6.x Advanced System Administration Course, GCCS-J software, RMF, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
