Energy Jobline ZR in MI/IL is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with strong GCCS experience to support automotive manufacturing and automation projects.

You will develop and troubleshoot PLC programs, work with GCCS standards and controls architecture, and collaborate with controls, electrical, robotics, and maintenance teams to ensure rapid commissioning and optimized production lines.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering/Controls Programming.
• Strong hands-on GCCS experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000/RS Logix 5000.
• Experience with HMI programming and troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC control programs for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Work extensively with GCCS standards and controls architecture.
• Perform controls integration, commissioning, startup, and debugging of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, I/O, HMI, network, sensors, actuators, and electrical control issues.
• Review electrical schematics, I/O drawings, sequence documentation, and control panel designs.
• Integrate PLC controls with robots, conveyors, vision systems, safety devices, and other automation equipment.
