Job summary

Instructure is seeking an experienced Regional Director to be based in Dubai and lead the GCC higher education sales, expanding the Instructure Learning Platform across universities and colleges. You will build relationships with institutional and government stakeholders and guide complex sales cycles to successful outcomes.

You’ll develop targeted strategies, tailor messaging and proposals, forecast performance, and collaborate with Product and Customer Experience to capture regional

Qualifications

4+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech.
Proven success selling complex solutions to C-suite and other stakeholders.
Strategic, consultative sales approach with a Challenger mindset.
Experience with needs analysis, proposals, and tender responses.

Responsibilities

Drive new business growth selling the Instructure Learning Platform across the GCC.
Build targeted sales strategies to develop a strong client pipeline in the region.
Forecast sales performance and manage the pipeline with discipline.
Travel up to 30% for onsite meetings and events across GCC.
