Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Global Capabilities Center initiatives, coordinating across units and vendors to drive timely delivery and governance. You will help with budgeting, forecasting, and developing business cases, while tracking funding and performance metrics.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management with strong governance and financial modeling skills, and collaboration across departments including Legal, HR, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; in related field or experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical project or program management.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise project and program management methodologies, governance, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GCC program activities across multiple units, vendors, and support functions to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and spending tracking for GCC programs.
• Assist in development and maintenance of business cases, investment requests, funding packages, and analyses.
• Coordinate investment approvals, collect documentation, secure stakeholder feedback and funding status.
• Track budgets, resource investments, vendor expenditures, savings, and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement, Legal, HR, Finance, Tech and stakeholders for contracting and onboarding.
• Monitor contract milestones, invoicing, onboarding, and obligations.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and governance materials for leadership reviews.
• Maintain program plans, risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, dependencies.
