Job summary

Openkyber, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365/Power Platform professional to design, build, and maintain Case Management solutions in GCC. You will implement Dataverse structures, security models, and integration with SharePoint Online, Azure Logic Apps, and REST/OData-based systems.

You will lead ALM practices with Azure DevOps, enforce governance, and provide coaching to OATS and FDACS teams. Strong communication and regulatory-compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dataverse solutions, incl. Case Management, in GCC.
• Hands-on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse design, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData.
• ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solution-based deployment between environments.
• Governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, incl. role-based access, field-level security, auditing, and DLP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 Case Management and Power Platform solutions.
• Create and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Develop Power Automate flows, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors for integrations and automation.
• Integrate with SharePoint Online for document management and collaboration.
• Establish ALM practices using Azure DevOps, including branching, pipelines, and release coordination.
• Implement monitoring and telemetry; troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Coach, mentor, and train OATS team members and FDACS staff on usage and support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates; submit weekly reports.
