Job summary

Tech Army, LLC seeks a hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to deliver customer engagement and Dataverse case management solutions within GCC. The role focuses on modernizing critical applications, building new ones, and establishing governance practices in a secure, regulated environment.

You will design, configure, and deploy model-driven Power Apps, Dataverse schemas, and integration points. Candidates should have 7+ years' experience, strong Power Platform skills, and proven Azure DevOps

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse in GCC or regulated env.
• Power Apps/Power Pages/Power Automate with Dataverse design, security, performance tuning.
• Integrations with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, SharePoint Online, REST/OData services.
• Azure DevOps ALM: work items, repos, pipelines, deployments across envs.
• Security/governance in M365/D365 GCC: RBAC, field security, auditing, DLP.
• Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Degree or equivalent; relevant Microsoft certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop model-driven/canvas Power Apps, Power Pages portals, and Power Automate flows.
• Design Dataverse tables, forms, views, relationships, and security roles.
• Integrate with SharePoint Online and external systems via Azure/REST connectors.
• Manage ALM through Azure DevOps: branches, pipelines, packaging, releases.
• Implement security, auditing, DLP, and environment governance for GCC compliance.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
• Produce architecture docs, modernization plans, roadmaps, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, train teams, and provide project updates.

About the role:

We’re seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with recent experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dataverse case management solutions, strong Power Platform expertise, and experience with secure, regulated environments.

You’ll help design and modernize mission-critical case management applications and build new applications, enhance production systems, develop integrations, and establish deployment and governance practices within Microsoft Government Community Cloud (GCC).

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, build, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 Case Management and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Pages portals, and Power Automate flows.
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Integrate applications with SharePoint Online and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure services, REST/OData APIs, and custom connectors.
• Manage application lifecycle management (ALM) through Azure DevOps repositories, branching, pipelines, solution packaging, and releases across development, test, and production.
• Implement application security, access controls, auditing, DLP policies, and environment governance aligned with GCC and Department requirements.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Produce architecture documentation, assessments, modernization plans, integration roadmaps, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, train internal teams, and provide regular project updates and time reporting.

Experience we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of recent experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dataverse solutions, including case management in GCC or an equivalent regulated environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, SharePoint Online, and REST/OData services.
• Demonstrated Azure DevOps ALM, including work items, repos, pipelines, and solution-based deployment between environments.
• Proven security and governance experience in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including role-based access, field-level security, auditing, and DLP.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, technical documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience, or current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and implementation.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or closely related current certifications.
• GCC operating experience and awareness of FedRAMP and CJIS considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern UX practices.
• Application and data security experience across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
