Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples, focusing on GC/MS and semi-volatile organics. The role involves operating standard analytical methods, maintaining QA/QC data, and following SOPs in a safety-conscious lab environment.

The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday or Sun–Thursday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with training 3–4 months. Pay is detailed as $18–$19/hour plus a 10% shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field or 2 years of related lab experience in lieu of degree.
• English language proficiency for reading, writing and speaking.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analyses.
• Record, report, and interpret data; maintain instrument performance and QC samples.
• Operate and maintain routine lab instrumentation and software; ensure safety and quality compliance.
