Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years manufacturing experience, or a bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science.

Responsibilities

• Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers.
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment.
• Triage non-conforming products and drive corrective actions.
• Resolve production issues while preserving design integrity and timelines.
• Develop and validate processes for new models under tight schedules.
• Transition products from development to volume production.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, cost, and performance.
• Define maintenance schedules and support activities.
• Implement line changes to improve manufacturability and speed.
