Responsibilities

• Operate from a guardhouse post to monitor community access.
• Greet residents and guests professionally.
• Verify and grant entry to authorized visitors, vendors, and delivery staff.
• Operate the gate system safely and efficiently.
• Maintain logs of visitor and vendor activity.
• Monitor surveillance and report suspicious activity or incidents.
• Provide courteous information to residents and visitors.
