Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and authorize visitors and track entry logs.
• Patrol property by vehicle and on foot, monitor for security risks.
• Enforce community rules and respond to emergencies per protocol.
• Produce incident reports and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Operate gatehouse functions and control access to common buildings.
