Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, VA is seeking an entry-level Gatehouse Officer to staff the gatehouse entrance and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security. You will greet visitors, screen traffic, hand out passes, and document entries.

The role offers a starting hourly wage of $18.75–$21.00 based on experience, with bi-weekly pay. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) match, onsite medical centers, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Security Gatehouse Officer preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred.

Are you looking for an entry level security position? Join our Woodleigh Chase Security Team as a Gatehouse Officer!

In this role you will staff the Gatehouse entrance to the community and deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, while fostering an environment of safety and security.

Compensation: Starting at $18.75 - Max $21.00, per hour. Based on experience, Paid Bi-Weekly!

How you will make an impact

• Acknowledge visitors, provide a pleasant greeting, and offer assistance as needed to all persons entering the community
• Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community
• Provide proper parking passes, maps, and instructs visitors to park in appropriate spaces
• Document all visitors and vendors/contractors via the standard gatehouse log in
• Inform the security and emergency services supervisor of any inspectors, government representatives, process servers, and law enforcement attempting to enter the community
• Complete thorough and detailed incident reports using our online report system
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to protected health information or any other sensitive or confidential information obtained while employed by or pertaining to the company, its employees, business information, or residents

What you will need
