Job summary

Delta Air Lines in Denver is seeking an entry-level Ticket/Gate Agent to greet customers, guide them to their gates, assist with ticketing and baggage check-in, and help ensure a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities include owning the check-in and boarding processes, managing seat availability, and handling security procedures, with shifts from early morning to overnight.

This role offers mentorship to help you grow, a focus on safety and service, and opportunities to advance within Delta.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and security of self and others.
• Ability to engage diverse customers with inclusive service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic digital literacy required.
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT).
• Pass a Customer Service Assessment.
• Ability to obtain SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.

Responsibilities

• Own the check-in and boarding processes and communicate gate announcements.
• Tag and lift baggage up to 70 pounds and manage baggage flow.
• Operate loading bridges and secure aircraft doors.
• Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers as needed.
• Support 20–40 hour per week schedules based on seniority.
