• Issues passes at own discretion or on instructions from superiors.
• Directs visitors and truckers to various parts of grounds or buildings.
• Inspects outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.
• Checks the accuracy of merchandise as reflected on the invoices, counting each item.
• Directs customers as to how to resolve errors when merchandise does not match invoice.
• Maintains daily paperwork in accordance with procedures.
• Writes credits for merchandise being returned.
• Assists customers with loading merchandise located in the general area of gate.
• Writes hand-written invoices for express gate checkout.
• Keeps area neat and orderly.
