Snowbird is seeking a Gate Operator to join the Tram, Lift & Gate (TLG) Operations team. You will verify lift access, monitor gate operations, assist guests, and enforce Snowbird's pass and ticket policies in a mountainous setting.

Join Snowbird's Tram, Lift & Gate (TLG) Operations team as a Gate Operator, helping provide a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for guests accessing the mountain. In this role, you'll verify lift access, monitor gate operations, assist guests, and help ensure compliance with Snowbird's pass and ticket policies. Our team is proud of the welcoming, inclusive culture we've built and the strong leadership that supports it. With all supervisors and the director having more than 10 years of service, you'll be joining an established, experienced team known for collaboration, consistency, and operational excellence.
Specific Shifts: Shifts vary, maybe early morning or late evening, weekends, and holidays, depending on business levels.
Work outdoors in variable winter weather conditions.
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Bend, kneel, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions.
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Frequent interaction with guests during high-volume periods.
May be required to stay overnight during road closures or severe weather events.
