Watkins Glen International - Gate Operations Team (May - September 2025)

Located within five hours (300 miles) of 25 percent of the U.S. population, Watkins Glen International is the premier road racing facility in North America, three-times voted "Best NASCAR Track" by USA Today. The Glen hosts a diverse portfolio of sports car, open wheel, and stock car races throughout the year.

Duration: May 2025 - September 2025

We are seeking friendly, reliable, motivated individuals with customer service experience to join our Gate Operations team for the 2025 event season. *Overnight staff are especially encouraged to apply; please mention your interest on your application.*

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests entering the facility
• Verify credentials and tickets
• Inspect campers and RVs upon entry
• Sell and scan event tickets and camping passes
• Provide excellent customer service and information to guests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Availability to work key events:
  • Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen - June 18-22, 2025
  • F.L.X. Summer Fest at The Glen - July 18-20, 2025
  • NASCAR Go Bowling at The Glen - August 5-10, 2025
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Experience handling sales transactions digitally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve
