Job summary

Automated Gate Services Inc. is seeking a Service and CCTV Technician to deliver on-site diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on gate, door, and CCTV systems for residential and commercial customers.

You will troubleshoot issues, install and configure CCTV, network cabling, and related equipment, travel frequently to job sites, document work in Service Titan, and uphold safety standards at customer locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in gate operators or low-voltage systems.
• Associates degree or vocational program preferred.
• Familiar with CCTV systems, Cat6 cabling, networking, and IP addressing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose service calls and confirm repair scope with customers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; install and program equipment.
• Document scope of work and identify additional repair opportunities.
• Manage truck inventory and coordinate parts with the support team.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE at all sites.
