Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Security Systems Technician for service and installation on commercial, retail, and industrial sites across multiple states.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, ability to work on ladders and lifts, and the ability to explain technical information to customers. Prior low voltage installation experience is preferred, with OSHA 10 training advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of electronic security solutions with CCTV, access control, burglar alarms, and gates.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Security Systems Technician.
• Previous low voltage installation experience.
• OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for service and installation on commercial, retail, and industrial sites.
• Explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Install conduit and run cable efficiently.
