Valley Gates is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer / Apprentice to join our team in Las Vegas. This hands-on, physically demanding role offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade while supporting gate installation, repair, and related construction work.

You will work with technicians and senior crew members, learn safety procedures, and develop practical trade skills. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime as workload requires.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Own basic hand tools and steel-toe work boots.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and experienced crew members with gate installation, repair, and related construction work.
• Perform general construction labor, including heavy lifting, digging, trenching, concrete work and physical labor.
• Follow instructions from technicians, foremen, and senior crew members.
• Learn proper construction techniques, safety procedures, and trade skills.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Assist with basic automotive, equipment, and shop maintenance.
