Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• BLS certification preferred; required within 90 days of employment.
• High School Diploma/Equivalency required.
• Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, or ER preferred.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient support and communication to build an exceptional patient experience.
• Welcome and prepare the patient for the appointment; inform patients about services they will receive.
• Assist with administration of vaccines/medications and collect vital signs as ordered.
• Perform point-of-care tests, EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic exam room set-up.
• Ensure patient safety through clean rooms, equipment checks, and proper documentation.
